Topography: The geographical features of a piece of land, such as mountains, rivers, and valleys
Elevation: The height above sea level of a point on the Earth's surface
Relief: The difference in elevation between the highest and lowest parts of an area
Landform: A feature of topography formed naturally formed from the Earth
Landform region: A large area of land where the topography is similar is called a landform region
Plain: A landform made up of flat or gently rolling land with low relief
Mountain: A landform with a high elevation and relief
Mountain range: A group of mountains that are closely related in shape, structure, and age
Plateau: A landform that has a high elevation and a more or less level surface
Lithosphere: Earth's solid, rocky outer layer
Atmosphere: The outermost sphere
Hydroshere: Earth's oceans, lakes, rivers, and ice
Biosphere: All living things make this up
